Delivery area

We ship throughout Spain and also internationally, offering transport solutions adapted to each destination.

For deliveries outside Spain, write to us: we usually work with Portugal and the south of France.

Deadlines

A new trailer goes through two phases before arriving at your home. First the registration, which takes 10 to 15 days: presentation of the documentation, first technical inspection and placement of the plate. Then the transportation.

• Standard delivery: included in the price, 5 to 10 business days after registration
• Priority delivery: €180, 48 to 72 hours after registration
• Accessories and spare parts in stock: 48 hours, without going through registration

How to travel

The trailers travel on a vehicle carrier truck, never towed by road to your home. It is more expensive and it is the only way for the vehicle to reach zero real kilometers.

Accessories are shipped via standard courier.

Prior appointment

We will call you to agree on the day and time slot. It is essential: a vehicle transport truck needs space to maneuver and the merchandise cannot be left without a signature.

Indicate in the order observations if the access is narrow, if there is a low gate or if it is a dead-end property. We adapt the transport vehicle.

At the time of delivery

We check with you the hitch on your vehicle, we adjust the height of the head and we explain the operation of the inertia brake. Half an hour well spent.

Examine the vehicle before signing the delivery note and note any transport damage. This is what allows you to later complain to the carrier.
